Usage

PHP 
nebula()->post_comments($icon, $linked, $empty)

Parameters

$icon
(Optional) (Boolean) Whether to show the icon
Default: true

$linked
(Optional) (Boolean) Whether to link the metadata
Default: true

$empty
(Optional) (Boolean) If metadata still appear if no comments
Default: true
